Fill in the details, pick a layout, and print straight to PDF. The page is already set to 96×60mm — 90×54mm trim with 3mm bleed and crop marks — so what comes out is what the printer needs.
Registered name and SSM number, exactly as on the certificate.
Trim and Crops toggle the guides. Trim and safe-area guides never print; crop marks do — they sit in the bleed and are what the guillotine follows.
| Trim | 90 × 54 mm — the standard Malaysian card |
| Bleed | 3 mm on every edge |
| Page | 96 × 60 mm (trim + bleed) |
| Safe area | 5 mm inside trim — nothing important crosses it |
| Crop marks | Corner brackets at trim, inside the bleed |
| Colour | Navy #003B78 · Cream #FFF7EF · Orange #FF6600 |
| Type | Poppins 700 for the name, Inter 400 for everything else |
| Wordmark | 32 mm minimum with the balloon; below that, mark only |
| Stock | 310–350 gsm uncoated. Matt lamination if coated — never gloss |
Orange is a fill, never a letterform. On the card it appears
only as the rule under the wordmark. Orange type on cream measures 2.77:1 and
fails at any size — if orange must carry a word, it is
#993D00, never #FF6600.
